Canyelles Living Nativity 2026
The Living Nativity of Canyelles 2026 is one of the most crowded events in the Garraf. With more than 200 extras and a staging that combines live music with a medieval setting, the Old Town is transformed to recreate life in Jerusalem. Check the times, the pass system and practical information to enjoy the visit.
The Experience: Live music and theatrical performance
Since 2007, Canyelles has been offering a moving nativity scene that stands out for its technical quality in lighting and sound. During the three-quarter-hour tour, visitors pass a dozen theatrical scenes, including the Nativity, the struggle between good and evil, Herod's palace and the Roman market. The presence of live music during the staging is one of its great distinguishing features.

Where to eat in Canyelles
At the end of the visit, you can enjoy the traditional taste of hot soup to regain strength. If you plan to have a meal in the municipality, it is absolutely mandatory to book weeks in advance. Here are our expert recommendations:
- La Taberneta - CA LA INGRID: An essential classic, ideal for grilling and market cooking (Av. de Vilafranca, 6).
- El Garrot: Very good option for those looking for family treatment and quality products (Av. del Raval, 50).
- El Racó del Vi: Perfect for tapas or a more informal meal in a bodega atmosphere (Av. de Vilafranca, 28).
